Description of Service
Screwgerly is a personal finance management tool that helps you track expenses, create budgets, and set savings goals. We offer both free and paid subscription plans. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime or availability.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Screwgerly to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Automate access to the service beyond normal use
Payment and Credits
Free accounts receive 500 credits per month. Paid subscriptions provide additional credits as specified in your plan. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
Screwgerly is not a financial advisor. The information provided by our service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on using our service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
